Testura is a test preparation software platform that provides study tools, practice tests, AI-powered instruction, and progress tracking for licensing and certification exams. Testura is a subscription-based service operated as a private company.
To use Testura you must:
By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support [at] testura.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
One account per person. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual.
Testura offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Testura to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support [at] testura.app and we will review your case.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Testura only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content on the Testura platform — including lessons, practice questions, AI responses, course structure, design, and branding — is owned by Testura or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Testura content without written permission.
Content you create within the platform — your notes, custom flashcards, and highlights — remains yours. You grant Testura a limited license to store and display that content to power your experience.
Testura's AI Instructor is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed as an educational tool. It is not a licensed tutor, educator, or human professional. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors.
The AI Instructor is intended to supplement your preparation — not replace your own study, judgment, or professional advice. Testura makes no guarantee that use of the AI Instructor will result in passing any exam.
Your conversations with the AI Instructor are stored to personalize your experience. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
Testura is a preparation tool. We are committed to building the best test prep platform available, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam. Results depend on your effort, preparation time, prior knowledge, and many other factors outside our control.
Exam fees paid to state or national testing bodies are separate from your Testura subscription and are not refunded by Testura if you do not pass an exam.
Testura is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Testura in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the service. We will notify you by email where reasonably possible.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support [at] testura.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Testura shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Testura.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Testura after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
